Welcome! I'm Joshua Bachant, and I'm excited to share my culinary journey with you. For the past 15 years, I've dedicated myself to refining my skills and learning from some of the world's top chefs, all to bring you Chef Prep Kitchens. My adventure began at the Culinary Institute of America, where I cultivated my passion for food. As an active member of the American Culinary Federation, I also hold ServSafe certifications in food service management and allergen awareness, ensuring that I provide safe and delicious experiences.

Cooking is not just a profession for me; it's a way to connect with others and foster a sense of community. I have a special love for cooking over fire, exploring Latin flavors, and savoring street tacos. Throughout this journey, I've been fortunate to have the unwavering support of my amazing wife and our two beautiful sons, who inspire me every day to pursue my passion.
