Chef Prep Kitchens Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policies
Payment – Public Events
Payment in full is required at the time of registration for all public classes and camps. This ensures your spot is reserved and allows us to prepare adequately for your experience.
Payment – Private Events
For private events, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your selected date and time and cannot be transferred to a different date or time. Should you wish to change your event date or time, the initial deposit will be retained, and a new deposit will be required for the new booking. The remaining balance will be charged 5 days prior to your event, based on your confirmed guest count and selected options.
Private Events Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. There are no exceptions. Event deposits apply to your booked date and time only and cannot be transferred to a new date or time. If you wish to change your event date or time, your initial deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required. The balance due will be charged 5 days prior to your event based on your guaranteed guest count and selections. Reschedule and cancellation requests made within 5 days of the event, as well as no-shows, will not be accommodated, and the booking client will be financially responsible for the entire deposit and balance due. Chef Prep Kitchens will not be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including schedule conflicts, illnesses, last-minute emergencies, and any other situations.
Want to Update Your Booking?
Modifications to the selected menu, guest count, add-ons, and favors are permitted until 5 days prior to your event. To request modifications, please reply to your confirmation email at least 5 days before the event start time. After this period, your headcount will be considered guaranteed, and reductions will not be accepted regardless of actual attendance.
Public Classes & Camps Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. There are no exceptions. You can reschedule your booking up to 5 days prior to the start time of the class using online rebooking. Rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the class and no-show participants will not be accommodated. New bookings made within 5 days of the class cannot be rescheduled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your class, you may be denied entry and will not be offered a refund or rescheduling. Chef Prep Kitchens will not be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including schedule conflicts, illnesses, last-minute emergencies, and any other situations.
Need to Reschedule Your Booking?
You can reschedule your booking up to 5 days prior to the start time of your class by clicking the “Change booking” link included below your listed class date and time in your confirmation email. If you are unable to rebook yourself, you have missed your rebooking window. Please do your best to make it to class or send a friend in your place, as we do not offer rescheduling within 5 days of the class.
Chef Prep Kitchens Cancellation Policy
In rare instances, Chef Prep Kitchens may need to cancel a private event due to emergencies involving instructors or facilities. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and either reschedule your event or provide a full refund.
