Chef Prep'D is our private meal prep service designed for clients who want high-quality meals without the hassle. Each dish is crafted in-house using seasonal ingredients and professional technique, then delivered either fresh or frozen with clear reheating instructions.

Meals are sold by the 2-portion unit—each product on this page represents two individual servings.

To keep our prep efficient and your experience seamless, we require a minimum order of 14 total portions. That means 7 meals (2 portions each) per order. 

All orders must be placed at least 7 days prior to your desired delivery date. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email from our site manager at chefprepkitchens@gmail.com to schedule delivery and go over any details.
