Joshua led an engaging and interactive sushi-making class for my 60th birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! Our group of 10 had individual workstations, and he guided us through every step of preparing our meal with clear demonstrations and hands-on instruction. He also helped me plan a menu that accommodated two vegetarian guests and one vegan, ensuring everyone had a fantastic experience and a delectable meal.
The ingredients were top-quality, the flavors were amazing, and the presentation was beautiful. We had so much fun throughout the class, laughing, learning, and getting hands-on with sushi-making. In addition to sushi, we also made other delicious Japanese dishes like cucumber seaweed salad and tempura, which added to the experience. When we finished, we sat down together and enjoyed an incredible meal. Joshua even provided us with a recipe book to share with our guests so we could recreate the experience at home. Everyone had such a great time, and I will definitely be calling Joshua back for my next event. Highly recommend!
